Has anyone ported BOTH the throttle body and the intake manifold?

If so did you notice a difference?

I am looking to do this on my L99.

Already have headers, CAI, catback and a tune.

Price would be $375 for everything, thoughts?

I have had it done the big bang for the buck with this mod is throttle response IMO. You should see some gain in HP and TQ as well. The price sounds good as well. Who is doing the work for you?

Haven't done it yet, but from what I read it isn't a horrible mod at all. The price per horse power is relatively the same as a CAI; which you obviously thought was worth it. I did too. It's on my list too nonetheless.

I have had this done on numerous cars. Ranging from GTO's Camaro's and Covette's. Number gains are minimal at best. You will see quite a noticeble difference in trottle response. My only advice is be sure it is a reputable company that is doing the work. It does not take much to ruin a throttle body or manifold. That sounds like a great price!!

Vector Motorsports has a great Intake Porting service for $200 out the door...best deal/quality I've seen or heard of yet.

Ask for Kirk.

Best of luck and let us know how it turns out!
