I will post pictures of my installation when I get my grill...

EDIT: Here are my pictures of my Emblem the screws, and backing plate I made.
Nice job! The backing plate looks great. It will definately give you more peace of mind than retainer clips. Thanks for prodding me into figuring out a more solid solution.

Looks awesome, I did not know that you had to take that much off to install it.

It's surprisingly easy and a one man job. I did it twice in a weekend.

Anyone paint their Heritage Grill Gloss black to match their black Camaro?

Im trying to see if there'll be a difference at all from stock and heritage on my Black SS

I have to say... It's a cleaner install than mine but I'm sure not going in there a third time! Mine's not going anywhere.

Nice job!

Yours is good too, just different than mine.. as long as it holds it dosen't really matter what it looks like from behind, nobody is going to see it anyway

Here it is mounted on the car.

Hopefully GM is seeing how everyone loves these grills! And hopefully they'll come out with a matching lower grill for the V6 owners. This type grill should have been stock on the SS. With it installed on the SS it matches perfectly. Very nice guys!!

Billet just isn't for me. My wife and I were both going through this thread and we both agreed the grills should match. Don't know if there is a SS style lower grill available for the V6. But she said it would look better if it matched.

Now, I love it, don't get me wrong. But since I notice it, it would bug me no end if it were on my car. Post some pics when you get yours on, would like to see it.
