Hey guys, long time lurker, first post.

To all the southern NJ folks here, as several other posts indicated all the dealers in the area are either clueless, greedy, or have really long lists/not enough allocation. I just placed an order with Kevin at Al Serra Chevy in Michigan. As of his last post he's got 21 more available. I'd highly recommend him as he's been awesome to deal with thus far

$500 refundable deposit & MSRP or GMS pricing if you qualify.

The owner of my dealership called me yesterday to see if I really wanted the interior accent pkg. He didn't think I knew what it was about. Actually I filled him in, then e-mailed pics. He was surprised. He also wanted to let me know they still couldn't order polished wheels with the RS. Had to explain that to him also.

To get back on thread tho, out of an allotment of 4, I talked him out of charging me $10,000 over MSRP over a month ago. Benefit of being a multiple repeat customer.
I asked him yesterday if he had sold the other 3. He said he sold
1 @ $10,000 over
1 @ $8,000 over and
working a deal for $5,000 over on the last one. Approximately $30,000 profit on three cars, considering difference between invoice on the car as well as options, and OVER MSRP price.
I think it shameful doing that to the enthusiast that wants this car while demand is high.

so far hes been great to deal with he emailed me an entire list of options and expressed that he would work his ass off the sale lol. talked to him today to set up teh meeting.

the deposit is $1k and there are 6 spots when i order monday i will be #2 and that would leave 4 spots left so if your in the southern GA area i would recommend him over savannah or other places, so far hes been the best to deal with out of the 5-6 i've tried around here.

Has any one for sure got a dealer in Portland ,OR or close to, thats selling at MSRP. Ive talked to Chevy Walter ron tonkin and Kurt or curt Warner chevy and Wentworth chevy and bellvue chevy and acouple others. They all have either said there not sure about pricing yet which i dnt believe or 3,000$ over. i wnt to order asap but only MSRP and with my graduate and costco discount or rebate. thanks

Got mine at MSRP, in fact every single car on their lot is MSRP or below. Allotment is 25, I was 3 (priority #1 for now), and 4 was coming in Tuesday the 21st.
