My first dent...any economical options to repair?

I had a longer post, but I realized I accidentally clicked "preview" instead of "post" so the dramatics of my post are now gone.

Simply put, I didn't look when backing in the garage and the car scraped through the trim of the garage door opening.

It all rubbed off okay, but now I have a dent. Picture below.

Since it's on the body line, is this an easy (PDR) fix, or would the fender need to be replaced?

Can I have a guesstimate on a repair cost as to determine whether or not I will be calling insurance?

Thanks in advance!

Can you take a clearer picture? Seems like a plunger may work but I cant see if the contour line on the sie of the fender is bent too. If it is, well seek professional assistance immediately

I'd get an estimate from a shop and then see if you want to call insurance.

Go PDR. Probably under 150 to repair.
