I just always park near a median (or curb or whatever you call it) and stay further out in the parking lot... I need the exercise anyway!! LOL

I park the furthest away and near a curb if possible on one side and hug it so there's more room on the other and it never fails I come out and someone has parked right next to me. I have always done this and have come out to find carts against my cadillac one night with no cars around...deliberate...my BMW dented...no one around... I swear jealous people do it on purpose.

This is an indoor parking garage at my office building and although I parked next to a median it didn't prevent this jerk from parking behind me like this. This is probably why all the parking spaces that are against the wall are reserved.

what really pisses me off is when you make an obvious effort to park away from everyone else in the back of the parking lot, absolutely no cars around you, and some old clunker decides to park right next to you.

If the guy/girl didn't actually hit your car I don't agree with this. Just because your anal with your camaro doesn't mean you have the right to slash peoples tires because they never learned how to park.

If they did hit your car.....different story

@OP If this keeps happening, keep taking photos, then park in the rear and use up two spots. If you get complaints for using both spots show them the pictures of all the idiots who can't park and say there's a reason why you're now using two spots. What's the worst they can do....stage a parking intervention?
