Steering Wheel not Strait

2012 SS with 12k miles. Dealer said alignment needed, they did it, and there was still pull to the right and steering wheel was still not strait. I went back and waited two hours. They cross rotated the front tires, and no pull, but wheel is still not strait. Is this sloppy work by the dealer by not getting the wheel perfectly strait before alignment?

It isn't off by much, but it annoys me to no end.

I am sitting at the dealer right now on my third visit to get this right.

Reminds me of years ago I had a new Dodge Avenger. The steering wheel had a a little tilt and like you it bugged the **** out of me. Dealer tried and tried and could not get it straight. Finally told me it had to be a little off either left or right. So I took it to the best allignment shop in town to see if he could do any thing. First thing he told me was the car needed to be running so the power steering would be on. So he put it on a lift, told me to get in and start it and he would raise it up on the lift with me in it. And to put the steering wheel to what I considered straight across and hold it. I did and he did his thing underneath and the steering wheel was perfectly straight from that day on.
