Roto Fab CAI

This is the CAI I am getting I just had a few questions first for anyone that knows. What are the gains for this CAI? Is the roto fab on the heat shield a sticker of painted on? On the options on the website it says powder coat red what exactly will this look like? What are the wires you can get in red or yellow, pic please? Thanks

Ive had 2 rotofabs. One on my '11 LT & now one on my SS. Both were/are painted not powdercoated. The "rotofab" is a sticker, not sure about the wires and the gains r about 10hp. It also helped deepen the sound but I have aftermarket exhaust not sure what it does to stock.

it doesn't have an option to have it painted red, it only has powder coated, but it has painted options for every other color

I purchased the powder coated yellow and I think it's pretty close to rally yellow paint on the car. It's separated by areas of black so it's hard to distinguish the difference. Not sure what wires you may be referring to, but the only wires attached are the MAF wires. I also have stock exhaust and didn't notice too much in the way of sound difference. Definitely feels more peppy though. See my album for pics of the cai.

Sorry I meant to put hoses, but I saw what they meant on your pictures thanks for the help.

I think the colored hoses are great. They really stand out. You can always order them later.

Ya I wonder what they would like with a painted engine cover too

I love my Roto-Fab CAI. It added a nice growl and a little extra hp. I ordered it with pink decal, since removed. Don't worry about the paint, a little Rustoleum and it's whatever you want it to be. One of my winter projects is to remove the CAI and paint the inner wall & tube to match the rest of the accessories I've painted under the hood.

K&N is junk. I actually just ordered a RotoFab and should have it on next week.
