[ACE5] Fbody Gathering Planning
We are a month away from the Fbody gathering and I want to make sure things this year go as smoothly as they have in the past. I haven't heard of a lot of us registering so I want to make sure you guys get registered under ACE5/Camaro5 so we can get our usual parking arrangements. (spots are reserved by registration and you must have paid to be able to park with us!)
Also, we need to see who is planning on coming and what days so we can plan for pop tents, chairs, drinks, ect. If you are coming make sure you register and list ACE5 and post your name and I'll keep a list updated. This is a local event not to miss. We always have a great time. Items needed: (more to add as suggested) 4 popup tents Chairs Tables Coolers Ice Drinks Cornhole Les' Boomerang Fixin's Attendees: 1. JT 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10.

I am coming Friday night - Sunday. I have a couple of canopies we can use but I'm not sure if both will fit in my car.

Kathrin and me are joining. Already registered with ACE5 as the group name and paid.
Hotel is booked for Friday till Sunday. I have a couple chairs, but no big coolers or tents, but we can definitely get some of the drinks or ice. We can decide when we get closer... Looking forward to finally being able to join after I missed the last two years
