Try NorCal Muffler and Truck. Ask for Jason the owner. He's owned several Camaros too and did a great job lowering/modding them.

Lowering spring install is not a big issue at all, most basic shops that have the ability to do the alignment can do it. Make sure to have your bushings timed after alignment or the car will not sit correctly. I had my lowering springs done at a shop in east bay so can't help you on a specific location but just call around and get quotes.

i actually went to norcal muffler in stockton to get my exhaust pipe tips welded on after i cut my mufflers off in our shop that i have where i work. i definitely have considered doing the spring install myself but i just dont wanna risk messing with the suspension, and i dont have a 2nd car if something were to go wrong or it take longer than expected. norcal muffler did a great job and i went there cause iv seen them for awhile an know they do good business. i know theres one in manteca which is actually close to where i work, i saw that orange 5th gen outside for sale awhile ago. is jason at the manteca or stockton location?

ya the orange one isnt outside manteca anymore. ok il be going to the stockton one again soon. maybe they can also recommend somethin i can do for a header/exhaust setup in the near future cause right now im just stock with no mufflers but i would like to get shorty headers an high flow cats this year. and it always helps to see what other guys have done that works.

Lowered mine about 1" and love the look! I did a muffler delete too but am still on the fence on how I want to make it louder. Good luck with yours, post some pics when you get it done.
