Agreed, the silver looks better.... lots IMO...

Thx

Cool...I love silver wheels on darker cars.

The Forgestar F14s are a good choice. They're a reasonably priced, well built wheel. I have the black 18s now (for the track), and a set of silver 19s on order for my Infiniti.

Oh yeahhhh! Great job!

The goal is to, obviously, make it seem like it's not a photoshop...so you've got to match to the original image, in this case it was low on contrast, and the colors were warm. The cyan-filled rims from whatever picture you took them from stuck out.

If you ever want advise or something like that, let me know!!

I want a new copy of Photoshop... My laptop had a pro edition I bought and when it went, it took PS with it... I have only Microsoft photo editor now and it's so basic it's like comparing a roller skate to our Camaro's...

Hmmm. I'm off to shop now...

Woah....

I go away for a minute and come back to some sweet PS's! Thanks Russ!

Now...what if I were to have them painted SIM just like the color of the stripe? Too much silver? Or, leave them in whatever color they already come in?

Robert...speaking of PS, I'll call ya tomorrow.

Here's a couple more if anyone has the time.

My ultimate goal is to find wider rims (so I don't have to widen the ones I already have) at a light weight which doesn't kill my savings account.

I figured I might start looking around now to get some ideas.

I really like those cordon wheels along with the forgestar and forgeline

Agree on the CGM - Silver contrast; looks awesome together. That's why the first 18"s I bought for my SIM, I painted a Gunmetal grey. They go well together!

I couldn't be happier with my forgelines. Absolutely perfect. Got a great vendor contact for the best pricing also.

Tag...have you figured out what you want in a wheel? Are you looking for appearance only, or something for performance? The Forgestars are much lighter than the Cordons, but the Cordons are more concave. Lots of choices out there, so narrowing down your wants will help you decide on one.

I think for performance (light weight) and high quality wheels, the Forgelines are the best bang for the buck. If funds are limited, then the Forgestars are a great choice.

Good point. Budget is going to be key when looking for wheels, cause the prices are all over the place.

Have you looked at Savini....LOL...kidding.
