Enjoy driving at full throttle? This is the perfect car for you ...

Well, its perfect as long as you prefer the full throttle part more than driving enjoyment

Yup, its a Smart Fortwo. But not just any Smart, its a Smart Fortwo Electric Drive. It has a maximum speed of 63 mph, so pretty much all your freeway driving will be done at full throttle. An added bonus, you never have to worry about getting pulled over for speeding on a freeway.

My step-mother has a smart car. I just don't understand the appeal of them personally.

They don't even get THAT amazing of gas mileage for as small as they are. 40 mpg hwy. Sooo you could get a much roomier Ford Fiesta/Focus, Chevy Cruze ECO, or the upcoming Chevy Sonic and get the same mileage. Now if these things got closer to 60 mpg, then I could see a reason to get one.

Seeing as Smart is owned by Mercedes, I'm gunna go with a German engineer.

Ah, but this one in particular doesn't use any gas .... which makes it even more useless than a regular Smart

Is there an optional wind up key or do you just pull it back and release?

My plan is to save up and get a Tesla. See that's an environmentally friendly purchase. 100% electric and still has a 3.7 0-60. Best of both worlds. That way I can use it as my DD and save money on gas

Even if it got 100 mpg, i wouldn't see a reason to get it. You get in an accident and you're dead.

Depends on what you hit and how fast you're going, just like with any other car.
