Hey OP Go for it. It's an awesome truck! I just bought one on Saturday. FX4 supercrew in race red with the 20" wheels. The thing is wick fast for a stock 4x4 pick up. I drove the 5.0l and the 6.2l ,and all I can say is that this think is sweet. I love the instant throttle response and the torque. Like I said in the thread I started, It's like having a diesel and a gas motor all rolled into one.

My DD is a Ford. Ford makes great trucks. My buddy drives a Chevy..pretty nice truck. Quality and power between the different brands is so close now, it almolst comes down to which truck had the biggest wow factor when you sat in it.

As long as you mean well, thass what counts. My loyal, but less than fully informed neighbors always say whenever a new apt. tenant shows up with a Ford, "Ford, shmord, who cares as long as it's a Chevy."
