Pfadt End Links

I ordered a set of Pfadt end links about 3 months ago and have yet to receive them. I was told they are redesigning them, has anyone received the new ones? Are they worth waiting for or should I just go with another vendor?

Thanks!

I say wait for the new ones. I have the old ones, and when you make turns/turn while you go over a speed bump they make noise. Pfadt says the new one will be much better as far as sound goes. They are also making a fix for those who already have the old version as well.

New ones have begun to be ship. The wait is mostly over, I believe.

Have they also started shipping the fix for those who have already purchased their endlinks?

This is correct. We received about a dozen tracking numbers late yesterday evening for back ordered units.

Got mine yesterday. They don't look like anything special, but if they're strong and quiet I'll be pleased

Noisy Pfadt end link

Has anyone actually obtained a fix for older Pfadt end links? I have the "Quiet End Links" that I bought and installed last winter. Now they make clunking noises when I go over small bumps. I have tightened them like crazy, made sure they are well lubed, etc. Still noisy. I know it is the end links because when I took them off the noise went away.

Anyone hit this problem before? Suggestions? Thanks!

The new links are a huge improvement over the old design. I have had a few cases where the rod ends can become worn (teflon lining wears) and they make a little noise. The rod ends are a wear item and over time this can potentially happen. I've seen it with every endlink on the market. I'm sure we can help you with some replacements. Please feel free to call, email or PM me anytime with questions.

Here are some pictures. You have these with the Race Sways you have. The bronze ends are where the design change was made. They are custom made and swedge into the strut in the front and the lower C-arm in the rear.

Please feel free to call, email or PM me anytime with questions. Have a great weekend!
