Flowmaster Outlaw

I have been endlessly searching for Outlaw reviews and came up with barely nothing. I know there are a few of you here who posses this aggressive exhaust. How do you like it? Any issues? To me its the best sounding exhaust I want for my Camaro. I would like to make sure there are not any issues.

I've been looking too with minimal results!

I'm running Kooks LTs, Kooks high flow cats, Magnaflow tru x pipe and Flowmaster original 40s and wondering if the Outlaw catback will add (round out) the badass sound I want. The 40s sound like they're muffling my sound too much.

I liked Borla's Atak before I heard the Outlaw. Now I am set on the Outlaw. I just would like to get info from owners of the Outlaw on how they like it thus far.

I dont know what the muffler delete sounds like, but this is a nice setup. Drove in a car today equiped with it. Low nice idle, no louder then other setups except the most quiet ones, and not as loud as the loudest, I'd say right in the middle. Cruise is nice with a nice tone on the freeway, no real drone just the normal exhaust note. Now get on it and it is mean sounding! The owner equates it to the Borla atak in tone and loudness as he has herd that also as I have. Buying one myself.

I have a couple of you tubes posted with my outlaw setup. Love the sound in all power bands. As close to old School muscle without going Long tubes and a cam

I have run the flowmaster outlaw axle back paired with ARH 1-7/8" longtube headers, and catless x-pipe. I love it, I received nothing but positive comments on it. I now also run the JRE 470 cam with it and still love it. Do a search for flowmaster outlaw threads, my idle video is posted in another one and I also believe it is posted in "cam videos put em up"

Here is the link to my idle video: http://youtu.be/349t1eQ6h4g. I may have a new cold idle video. This is mostly due to the fact that now in NY as opposed to HI I can truly get a cold start.

If this is the case I don't want it. I had a mufller delete right after I bought my SS and couldn't stand the way it sounded. the decel popping was so bad it was embarrassing. That's when I had the FM 40s put on.

I like the sound I have with LTs and the 40s but I want it just a bit louder and more agressive but I don't want it sounding like some backfiring hickmobile with no mufflers.

It all depends what you have in the engine. I had a lot of decel popping with the outlaws, headers and no cats. I put my cam in and I almost never have decel popping now. You can also tune out decel popping but it will worsen your gas mileage.

I think I'll stick with my 40 series. Can't stand obnoxious popping all the time.
