i'm happy if i get to 100 points. i have absolutely no idea how to throw that ball and every time i bowl my arm hurts for the next three days.

Been in a few leagues, but it's been a year since I bowled with any regularity. I'm only a 155 or so average, my hook is about like yours but I lack consistancy.

i've done better than that... sleep-walking & blindfolded.
come to think of it... i also had a broken left arm & my feet were tied together. i might have also been on a muscle relaxer at the time as well
