just sad for all involved hope the investigation determines that racing was not a factor and it was purely an accident

Well it appears the car in the turning lane screwed up, but it also looks like the Camaro driver was going way too fast. Sad.

Not the place to speed for sure . Bet the law comes down hard on the Camaro driver . Won't help the injured and dead ,but I bet he get 5 years to think about it .

No reason for the Camaro driver to be charged with anything even if he was speeding. The cause of the accident seems to be like it was said, the driver in the turning lane. They CAUSED the driver of the camaro to move as he did. Speed had nothing to do with it. No matter what a life was lost which is very sad

I obviously don't know all the facts, but if the Camaro was going so ridiculously fast that the other car didn't have time to see the Camaro coming before exiting the parking lot, then I think you have to blame the Camaro driver

Sorry the Camaro drive is about 95% at fault. If he was not speeding he could have stopped before hit the people. He also would not have been there at the time. He should get 30 years with no chance of getting out early.
Look at the driver doing 150 plus. To me they is being an *****. Here is the link.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Speed limits are set based on the safety needs of the area, both for population density/types of people around as well as necessary stopping distances/reaction times. IF the camaro was speeding, he should share the blame for this tragedy.

He could easily get vehicular homicide.. Even if the accident wasn't entirely his fault if he was excessively speeding.. But sometimes your Camaro can get away from you.. Sometimes I'm cruising on the hwy and look down and I'm doing 90mph!!!.. Its an unfortunate event... Sad
