What correction factor SAE?

Car was not baselined per customer request. Dynojet 424xLC2.
SAE Correction Factor of .99

No...they are out of business. The car made 428-430rwhp bolt on when full temp on their dyno. The 435 rwhp was a quick pull after cool down.

Oil had 5k miles and 6 months on it from sitting for the winter. Opted out of the baseline.

493.3 rwhp SAE
453.3 rwtq SAE

505 rwhp uncorrected.
Forgot to ask torque.

I think I'll advertise my uncorrected numbers

I don't agree with you on the intake...while I've read mixed reviews on it, I'm thrilled with mine, and the one thing I will say I'm very impressed with...the intake helped me keep low end when I went to a cam and heads. I think he's going to notice a lot of the same...my car really feels like it lost NOTHING down low when I did the heads/cam/intake, and just gained and gained and gained up top...from the other LS3's I've worked with/dyno'd/tuned, without a FAST 102, it would have lost more down low without it...it doesn't show up as much in the peak numbers, but it's still very worth it to me.

I agree on 4.10's, but I wanted them with the stock cam too. Once you get past the real basic bolt-ons, an LS3 car is JUST fast enough to force a shift to 4th gear right before the traps. With the heads/cam, his car should be able to rev to a higher RPM...but I still think it'd require a shift to 4th gear RIGHT before the traps with a stock rear gear.

If you're going to shift it that many times anyways in the quarter mile, you should take advantage of/use the you just shifted into. The car should be able to use a lot of 4th gear

I would have much more confidence that the 495 rwhp is accurate, than I would with the prior 435 rwhp with just bolt-ons which sounds like a happy dyno to me.

Congrats man, you gotta figure you picked up around 80 at the wheels and that's awesome. Plenty of cars dyno high and don't show it at the track, just get her out there and see what she can do!

Car is wicked fast. 505RWHP 464 RWTQ standard numbers
7200 RPM rev limiter. Car didnt start dropping hp until about 65-6600 rpm

Driveability is decent enough. It obviously does not like to be driven with the clutch out at parking lot speeds etc. It will buck slightly in too high of a gear if rpms drop below 1800 or so. Other than that I can live with it just fine. 1st and 2nd gear are useless even with my 305 555r drs. Not much traction in second even from a 40-50 roll.

Detect a slight power loss from bolt on form up to maybe 3k rpm or so. It comes on so quick it doesnt really bother me. Cant notice a drop off in power SOTPants until about 6600rpm. So just like the graph would indicate.

Oh and big thumbs up to finishline performance in naperville illinois...top notch business and customer servie. Highly recommended.

Here is vid

And the graph

Ya it was a bit much.

This place was about average for price and came highly recommended. I wasnt looking for cheap...wanted it done right. They are a great business and very knowledgeable. They knew the answers to every question I had without hesitation.

I'll try and make it out to something this year. Its just my work schedule sucks right now. I am still part time at my job so I pick up all the extra crap I can. I work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift all in the same week sometimes. I'm young and can still take it I guess lol. It is just kind of hard for me to make plans because of my hours and my schedule changes all the time. Picking up hours whenever I can last minute etc.

Sounds good man. I am glad FLP took car of ya. I drove past there and saw a black Camaro parked out front but had forgotten you were coming down for this. You should have given me a call or heads up. I know some wicked back roads just minutes away from there you could have "tested" your new found power.

Good numbers and a happy man, all that matters though.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.
