Replacement options for reverse lights?

I noticed the reverse lights are a fairly large lamp that is partly covered by the bumper.. This of course means the reflector of the light housing doesnt do its job.

Has anyone found a replacement option for this? I saw there is one made by Oracle but it is quite a bit too expensive for only being a small housing replacement + led light.

AAC makes some SUPER bright LED ones. On sale currently for $179 if I remember right. Search it and you'll see a lot of people with them. All happy customers who love them.

two people in the club I'm in h-ave the AAC LEDs......OMG tghey are bright.....and since the back-up lights are hard to see anyway, the guys at AAC pointed them towards the side a bit and THEY CAN SEE everything while backing up.

Anyone popped open the housing on the reverse lamps and replace them with like 5x LEDs or some similar?
