Bought a 99 Z28

Well I sold my 5th gen V6 and bought this and I do not regret it at all... Only had 36,000 miles on it, over $6500 in suspension work, over $3,000 in engine work done and the owner had the receipts for everything...the car is in great shape.

And also already started modifying things

Congrats. I'm sure you're enjoying the significant increase in power. Definitely a great deal considering the mileage!

Nice, but I'm not sure you'll be getting the same stares I get when I am driving my car.

Although the power of that thing will be worth it.

Very cool...has an SS hood too!

I haven't driven my 5th since I bought the 4th.....
Its lighter...
Handles better...
I can't see the hood...just the road.
Stereo is better....
and T-Tops are very cool...

Great score!....

Check out DoubleDin...they make those bezels for your stereo.

Yea I noticed those things too.... I loved my 5th Gen, but it after driving the 4th Gen it just seems like more of a drivers car. You can feel the road more and even though the 5th Gen may be more comfortable I think the 4th Gen feels more sporty when you are sitting inside. Plus I work at a stereo shop so I figured it would be quicker for me to make the dash kit than wait 6 weeks to get one lol.
