HPE 700 waste of money
Ive noticed from readin on here alot of members on here can beat or almost can beat the HPE 700 125k car... Doesnt that seem very ironic to you? because it does to me... Why spend 125k on that with only 645 at the wheels when you can do it your self and surpass? Just my thoughts

IMO it is overpriced .. however you get something that will probably retain it's value and then go up as well as the warranty through them that you get ...
That is why .. Crowley

money to BURN.....
Other than some select vehicles, cars are not a good investment to expect an increase in value.

Its all in you aspect of what some thing is worth, If you make 5m a year then whats 125K There is always a place for HPE 700, If you make 5m a year that almost a car a week so you time is worth the more to you, Think about it how much time do you spend looking up all the info on a part to add to your car.

It's only worth what somebody is willing too pay for it. The 60's musclecars are valuable not because of the name on it but because they are over 30 years old, in original condition (numbers matching) ans very desirable. Putting on wheels, exhaust, ground effect kits, tunes etc DOESN'T and will not make these cars valuable in the future. Definatley not spending six figures on somebody's name make it more valuable. Case n point 1969 COPO Camaro numbers matching in ORIGINAL condition $150,000-200,000, a Don Yenko 1969 Camaro in original numbers matching condition $70,000-$85,000.....

I think with Hennessey your not only paying for the performance, but the name on that car. But you have to admit, to have 700hp at the crank and actually get 645ish at the wheels, that's pretty damn good. That Camaro would be getting more hp at the rear-wheels than a ZR1,...who needs that much power!? But still,....it just gives you an idea of what kind of performance your getting for 125k.
You can definitely "mod up" and come out cheaper than 125k and still have money to play with. But besides the name, you are also paying for the testing and labor- heavily, for this car. From what we've seen, Hennessey makes high quality modified cars, and because of that, your damn sure gonna pay. I don't need Hennessey's name on my car, nor do I have the money to pay for it, so I just chose to modify my car the best way we all know how, buy the parts and bring it to a reputable performance shop and tell them what you'd want, and put them to work. It would be far less than 100k, even 50k for that matter.
