Questions about catback

I'm starting to develop a rattling tin type noise in the rear passenger side of my exhaust. I'm assuming its probably a bad baffle. Seems to be only when i'm starting off. Once i'm in second gear or above 1100-1300 rpm it'll go away. With my mods, I doubt the dealership will even glance at it, so i'm looking at going ahead and doing the catback or axle back systems.

Right now i'm running OBX longtube headers, Ingen CAI, and custom tune from Jannetty racing. With doing something like a catback or axleback, would I need to get another tune done? Also, for anyone with similar set up, please post any links you might have!

You don't need another tune. This is a common problem with headers on a stock cat back. If you like the sound of the system that you have, it's not very difficult to find used stock catbacks for very cheap. Post a WTB on the classifieds.

Does the increased flow from the headers seem to mess with the lifespan of the mufflers?

I guess that or maybe headers make the exhaust hotter. I've just read it a few times in this forum.
