I put my front plate on with reusable wire ties through the bracket to the lower grill, when I go to Canada or otherwise want to avoid needless serious hassle. I forgot to remove it for the pic below.

The tinted window law was passed he 2 1/2 weeks ago and has been sent to the governor to sign. But I don't think it has been signed yet. But it states if your tint is not with in the tint of the law. When you have your car inspected the tint will be tested and if the tint in not legal your car will not pass inspection.
Some people can get a waver on tint from there doctor for what reasons I don't know. Just plain BS

Well that blows. My second/winter car is an '07 Impala SS - gotta keep it LSx in the family. It has some DARK tint from the previous owner, and on a black car it sure does look good. Maybe time to have the wifey pursue a medical waiver, I think she's got a qualifying condition.

Yeah but lucky for us camaro owners it only applies to the front two windows. Peel the tint off, get inspected, Pay$100 for new tint, Repeat process next year
