Bonneville Salt Flats Test Run

My son and I took my new Camaro to the Salt Flats to test her out. The 6.2 liter manual 6 speed did not disappoint. We hit 158 miles per hour before we backed off. It had more to give but we chickened out.

I keep hearing these stories about the camaro hitting high speeds, but we were told from the beggining that the SS is electronically limited at 155mph. Maybe not?

either way awesome picture.

From the factory it is set to a 155 limit; however, during a tune this can be changed.
I plan on changing mine when I get my tune next week.
