Mine ran great before the intake manifold came apart and misfired like crazy, then it was problems.

I'm going to remove my boost gauge and the car will be back to the same way it was when I first installed the kit just minus the cats. Will keep driving it and see how it acts.

Since I gutted my cats, can I use one of my rear bungholes (giggity) for a wideband sensor and just cap off the connector?
I feel for you... the joys of owning a modded car! Only thing that makes that worse is when you are a thousand miles from home!

Saving up for it now, but if problems keep happening it will be a long time. Thankfully the Mustang can be dyno tuned unlike this POS that Chevy decided to use.

Have you emailed Arno or IPF about it? If its the tune they have been really fast turning a tune around.

Sucks to see your cats basically collapsed. How did you go about gutting them if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah, need to do a dyno first and send the results to them.

Pounded it with a very long rod to remove the center of it, then used a small crow bar to peel the rest out to the center and push them out. Took a long time to do the first one, the second one was faster since I learned tricks from the first one.

Don't let this scare you. IPF has a great track record and I still feel that nobody knows the ECM like they do.

But when you are trying to do remote tuning its pretty much a given that the tune is not going to be as nailed down as it could be if you were doing dyno tuning with a proper wideband.

The car barely pops but there is hesitation still. Might be getting a spark blow out now, going to switch back to my autolites but I have the gap set to 0.035". Reading the autolite plugs off my car the plug temp is correct, the discoloration is right at the bend, but I think the gap was off and the plugged cats didn't help.

No clue, haven't done a dyno yet and I don't have a wideband. I asked earlier if I could put a wideband in one of the rear o2 sensor ports instead of welding into my headers.

I had too much break at once, the manifold and the cats. Plugs are probably worn from overheating, which would explain being fine the first day but getting worse except during certain conditions.

IPF guys are doing their best to help, should be good soon.

haha actually it's an inside joke. As I was getting this sig made PQ (an OU fan) said I needed to have the OU logo on my sig and someone else said it needed to say "sucks" on it. So that's why it has "OU Sucks" on my sig. I actually don't mind OU. I just dislike Texas A&M

I had American Racing Long Tube Headers & High Flow cats for about 2.5 - 3 years and during that time one year was super charged. Never had an issue. However, I've heard people with after market cats having issues similar to yours.

Good Luck with everything! Believe me, I feel your pain about having a bunch of issues with your super charged V6.
