Okay, whew, I thought you were talking about something new! So, when has it *not* been the case where wheels were in jeopardy in Oak Cliff!?

I'm just sayin'............if it's happening within 30 miles of you, you should be careful. Its an easy hop to the freeways from where I live. They (meaning any thieves) can "grab em and be gone" before anyone notices. And this is new, even worse than usual.

Oh, I completely agree. I'll certainly have my Baby tucked into the garage, which has motion sensors on top of the window/door alarms. I was just thinking, from your original post, that something new had emerged in the area.

Good!

On an off-note -I will PM you sometime soon to "get up to speed" on the DFW group. I'd like to meet up with you all.

(sorry for the hijack, Number3!! I hope the car can and will be driveable again, soon!!!)

Is there a way to lock the area where the USB port is near the arm rest? Cause that's where people will be storing their iPods, etc...

Sorry - this is just the way i am - but the minute the car got back from the shop i would make sure to leave it in the driveway, locked, with an alarm - and sit on my porch with a 12ga waiting for the fuggers to come back.

i dont take kindly to people messing with my shiz and if they are on my property..well they best have good reason.

My condolences on your loss - I really hope they catch the bastard(s) that did it and they are thrown in the back half a federal "pound-them-in-the-ass" prison.

edit:
Something I just thought of - you might want to check Craigslist.org as well for your area only because there are rarely pictures posted on craigslist and it would be an easy way to get rid of them because they are mostly anon.

Sorry to see that happen to anyone but let alone a really nice guy who does what he needs to do to get the Camaro out to the people. I sure hope there wasn't much damage to the undercarriage.

No, the center console is not lockable.
