Zle 10 sp vs Zl1 10 sp

Are there any videos of these two racing each other anywhere?? I've checked YouTube and nothing!! I'm just curious Im sick of all this aero/wing crap tbh.( I know during high speeds) No I'm not trying to start Z battle jus wanna know for myself until I race one

It's going to be a drivers race either way. The 1LE weighs about 100lbs less but also has more drag from the aero and the wider tires. Not enough difference between them to matter.

I haven't seen any videos of ZLE vs. ZL1, but you wouldn't learn anything from that anyway. As others have said, it'd be the driver (especially from a dig). ZLE is not optimized for straight line speeds. It should theoretically be slower.

And that's EXACTLY what I'm talking about. I HATE because it's track focused people swear you shouldn't drag it, lts not meant for straight line driving. I THINK that' comes

It seems to me there is logic in there is an inherit disadvantage the ZLE has due to lack of weight transfer. I don't bite on aero because I don't think these cars are going fast enough that ZLE has a disadvantage necessarily. It might have a slight advantage in acceleration due to lighter wheels, but they aren't too much lighter. Programming is supposedly different, and the only other A10-difference is a lower-capacity pan.

Stock for stock - I would bet a ZL1 might edge-out a ZLE, but I think we're talking hundreds, if anything, and I don't think that's anything that's exciting at all. It would be interesting to see though. I'm not sure to "scientific" anyone could make this hypothetical test though. There are too many variabilities.
