Hello Everyone:
I was at my dealership today to confirm my order. The dealer told me that all of the performance options are not on the build request for the factory. He said if they will be offered it will not be until sometime later and would be a dealer installed option. He was also not able to give me pricing on any of these. The Hurst shifter will not be available at this time as well, and if you have it on your order it will delay your build. I am #7 at my dealership and they are telling me that I may have the car before June. I was dissapointed however on the above items.

what all were you trying to order?

currently the constraints are on

CGM paint
Hurst shifter

the cgm restraint should be lifted in 3-4 weeks. the shifter should be available sometime in a few months (closer to Q3) because they have to do a bunch more testing to offer it as a factory-install item.

V6's aren't on constraint anymore as of yesterday's list.

This is why I haven't ordered my car yet..... I'll keep the interest on my $500 down payment for the order untill I can actually order the car with the Hurst shifter built at the factory. No offense to the great technicians at Chevy dealers all over, but I would rather not have anyone horsing around with my center console and shift assembly after the car is built - I'd rather have it installed while it's being built.

LOL, interest on 500 dollars is a whopping 15 bucks a year

Hello, Again the dealer told me that as of now the Cat Back exhaust, intake, and shorty headers are not being offered even as a dealer installed option, and I was dissapointed to hear this news.

It's not that they aren't being offered, they just aren't available yet. I expect they'll show up in the next couple months when the cars start showing up too.
