I am not sure exactly what you have installed for safety features but I saw this and thought of you and something that might interest you. Enjoy.

Hey that flying car is cool. Now if it were a jet...

Yeah, the FAA would just love that in their airspace.

Thanks for everyone's patience. It has been a long time.
Days from build completion at Oshawa to delivery: 91
Days between pickup from dealer and ship to CA: 12
Days off road since then: 543

Total Days On Road: 12
Total Days Off Road: 634

Yep, it's been a while...but should be worth it.

I'm glad you have been such a patient person. I know I couldn't have done it, I would be doing it mods, drive, mods, drive, mods, drive. Just so I wouldn't lose my mind. But looks like your DR (driving ratio) is a little terrible... (.02). But mine is worse I haven't even drove a 2010 camaro that is legally mine. :(

Hey Speedster,

I was talking earlier about my build and was steered to this thread... I've read well over half of it and I have to say.... WOW.... Holy Mackeral...

I felt good about my intentions, and still do, but man have you built a dream car...

I feel uhm, not even sure how to describe it, but cheap...

I am building a Twin Turbo LS3. My builder is going to custom build one off exhaust manifolds to hang the turbos on... We are going to go completely through the block, all forged internals, sleeved cylinders, a complete head job, axles, clutch, etc.... A major build and I'm looking for at least 850 rear wheel HP... I'll have nothing like the SST.

The thing that impresses me most is your attitude towards others... you are supportive and encouraging.

I thank you Profoundly for your time and effort in showing us the many layers of this build... I see perfection and care in every piece...

I hope to meet you and see this incredible car at the C5 Fest II... I had a name for my car to have embedded in the hood cowl... but I'm rethinking that...

I like you, am a serious advocate of the sleeper... I've had a couple of sleeper cars, but nothing like my Brandi will be... I was going to have the word Sleeper put on the cowl rise in shadow stripes, but now I'm rethinking it as the lil' Sleeper...

I am going with the TTI / Granatelli Twin set up and with the turbos mounted under and behind the engine, the only noticable thing from the engine bay will be the intercooler and the pipe leading to the intake...

Hope to see you at C5 II...

Thanks Again, and I wish I had found this thread earlier... though it has probably been easier to read since it's mostly done... Patience is not my strong suit...

Take Care

Robert

Hope everyone is having a great Friday!!

Nice build SSE. MC69 is right - you need a BIG Member Car Journal to go over that one. It will be a handful, but boy will it be FUN. Thanks for the kind words, but we are all here 'cause we love our Camaros and like to make them each our own. Enjoy your build and keep us posted.

Hey MC- you are just plain a bad influence, which is a good thing... We will be sure to leave a nice pair of rubber "stripes" by your place.

4G427 - You are right about the number. .0186. Hmmm. Not so good. Will have to remedy that soon. Lots of days in 2011...

Hey Mike, hope your car(s) are all running well and you are enjoying them.

Yeah and DE and MC - you guys are just evil with those sammiches.

You know, there IS a 2 mile stretch of nice, straight highway before the house... Someone in the area even has 1/4 mile marked off, not much telling WHO did that

The above comment in no way supports or condones street racing..... I am in no way responsible for my neighbors or friends actions with a straight highway and a paint can. Oh yeah, I also don't condone or support defacing public property by using paint on a thoroughfare.

Bring the chute
