Even if it gets more power than CTS-V, I think the 6L90 in that car will make if over to Z28. I'm sure they could save some money on validation and all that good stuff by keeping Z28 a manual tranny, but I don't think it makes as much sense. I see people comment on the GT500 not having an auto', so I think there is a market for a slushbox Z28. IMVHO.
No manual cars beat me at the track with my stalled '02 Z28 |

anyway, while we are discussing this. I want to get a Z28, but I will not if it's manual only.
I want my SS to be manual and the Z28 to be auto. No other ifs and buts about it for me. That's just a personal choice though. |
