The Camaro Club of San Diego (CCSD) has an open invitation for a private tour of Hennessey's Performance Facility in Southern California (20541 Pascal, Lake Forest, CA 92630), for a Saturday in January 2014. Here is a link to their website... Hennessey Performance SoCAL

They will be opening up specifically to allow CCSD to come in on a Saturday, and CCSD would like to invite all C5s to join them! This will help to make it worth Hennessey's time and CCSD would like to share the Hennessey experience with others. The plan would be to meet (at San Diego, Orange County, and Inland Empire rendezvous locations), caravan up, visit the plant and then go to lunch after as a group.

The Lunch Venue after the tour is at 1 pm...

Hey Dave, this was done a few years ago, a few Camaro5 members were there. I can attest to Hennessey hp and workmanship, I have their 550 hp package.

I'll give CCSD Folks a heads up that Saturday, January 25, 2014 is not good...seems Saturday the 4th is not good either if people stretch their New Years holiday out, or want to go to the San Diego International Car Show Jan 1-5th, so....looks like either January 11th or 18th needs to be locked down.

I'll be in for any weekend other than the 24th. I'm thinking of a couple major engine mods, and would love to see what they have to offer in person.
