Thumbs up patrick@gmpartshouse

I just spoke to Patrick at gmpartshouse.com. I needed a part for my grill that I was missing and couldn't locate anywhere. He found the part in matter of minutes. Great Person to deal with.
THANKS!!

Yep, just picked up some parts from Patrick the other day as I am nearby. Always helpful with parts and good prices.

Purchased the PDIM Bluetooth Audio module and console gauges for my 1SS (both are standard on 2SS) from him.
Quick delivery and clear instructions provided with both products.
Dealer used GM Parts Warehouse provided instructions to reprogram the BCM to recognize PDIM module. First one they did a installed without any issues.
Great service from Patrick!

Just ordered a shift knob from gm parts house. My payment has cleared paypal and my bank. I was going to log into my account on their website this morning to check my order status and the website is showing to no longer exist?! I found this thread and attempted to message patrickt about this and it states he can't receive private messages?! Starting to get a little worried. Can anyone shed some light on this matter?

I've ordered from him in August of this year and had no issues @ all. I ordered the ZL1 pedals from him and the order was perfect. It did take a couple of days for the order to show up though.

Ok. It just struck me as odd since their website has gone down. Hopefully they are just working on it. I've now read were quite a few people have used them and had no issues. Not going to light the torch and cue the mob just yet lol.

And change they must have. Just wanted to give an update. I have emailed, and called since September 30 and received no response. Then magically received an email on Tuesday that states...

"Hello sir. Thank you for your recent order with Patriot Parts - formerly GM Parts House. Here is the tracking information for your order.

Regards,

Joseph Lee
Parts Manager
Patriot Buick GMC
Phone: 610-367-8800
Email: patriotpartsjoe@gmail.com"

I plan to speak with Mr. Lee about trying to get the contact info clarified with this forum. It has been a nightmarish experience. I know things can get mixed up when there is a big change but geez. Not sure if I will use them again.

Wow, how about that. Looks like a 'dealer' has taken over -- humm...

Thanks for the update!
