Stock Camaro SS ( L99 or LS3 ) versus 2014 Chevy SS

The Chevy SS comes standard with LS3 with A6 6l80 trans and weighs around 4000 lbs. There haven't been any recent hands on reviews with the SS as of yet. It's rated at 415 hp/tq and 0-60 < 5sec.

I've got one on order and should get it around the 1st of the year.

Very nice "family" car. Hey it's got four doors right? It just happens to have 415hp LS3 in it.

I can't wait to see one. Did you get it for sticker price? I checked on Truecar.com and they were going for about $50K on their site, about $5K over sticker.

@ sticker and yes a four door with a LS3 ...

That's awesome. You know, next time I come out to FL, I'll make sure to let you know. I can do you a huge favor and put some miles on some of your cars so they don't sit around and the gas in them doesn't go bad. It's because I care about you and I'm a nice guy. I'll take the ZL1 first. Thanks

That's a pretty mean sounding exhaust for stock. You'll have to tell us how it fares. I would imagine they'd be pretty close, with the Camaro being a tick quicker due to weight.

We have one in stock at my work. It's a really sweet car! I know a bunch of the dealers in San Diego have them and ours isn't marked up but I can't speak for the others.
