Getting a 2LT 'vert 45th ... but!

I'm not a fan of the stripe ... I'd like to order the stripe delete option, but then I was wondering what that would do to the Show/Resale value of the car?

Any opinions?

same as with... same as any other Camaro. the 45th is NOT limited number so its not going to be super rare. Plus its the only way to get CFM so expect there to be a lot of them without the stripe.

Yah, realized it wasn't a "collectors item" ... but didn't know if I might have been off base anyways.

Guess it's stripe if I want to be intrusive, and no stripe if I want to fade into the background.

2nd question, are the stripes a decal, or painted?

Factory stripes are a decal.

They are vinyl. some people have got them then removed them but you have to do it early or it could leave the adhesive. I personally like the stripe but its your car. I considered a 45th but not a fan of the CFM... looks like dusty black in person.

Why not order with the stripe, see how they feel for just a few weeks, then remove them if you just can't live with them? It's easy to do.

If you order without the stripes and change your mind between when the order is accepted and when you pick it up, you will have to pay in order to have them put on.

Bottom line, in my mind - no reason to take them off until you get the car.
