Come on into Hillsboro every Friday night to Sonic Drive-In. We live about a mile south of there and would be more than happy to get an informal cruise-in going each week.

As far as a bigger gathering, if you're looking for a good group of people to hook up with to do car things, a lot of Camaro people are members of the Silicon Forest Corvette Club (yes, you read that correctly). Do a google search for the group and come to the May meeting (2nd Monday at the Peppermill Restaurant, Kinnaman & 175th Ave in Aloha). We should have our 5th Gen by then.
We have plans for a group corral at the Historic Races at PIR in July, and have other events and cruise-ins scheduled to attend, including driver training/track days, so come on out and meet us so we can get an active 5th Gen group going in our area.

There is also the Beaches Cruise In at PIR every Wednesday evening from June thru Sept. There is always hundreds of cars there. Lots of cool cars and motorcycles to look at, live music, food, drink and drag racing. They open the gates at 4 and it runs until dark (sometimes longer).
