Speed Inc.- ZL1 600RWHP package results!

Vito brought us his 2013 Automatic ZL1 for our 600RWHP package which consists of Metco upper and lower pullies/balancer/idlers, Speed Inc custom cam package, TSP Long tube headers, M2W exhaust valve controller, Rotofab high flow induction, ID850 Injectors, thermostat, TR7IX plugs, Fuel Pump booster, installation and of course custom dyno tuning. Results were 619RWHP/604RWTQ at the same A/F ratio as stock (12.2:1), with a more conservative 11.8:1 A/F ratio it still made 604/608. Run 1 is baseline stock

Seems like low #'s for major modifications considering headers/intake/cam/pullies/injectors, and more.

I could be wrong though. Just that I could have sworn I've seen some with similar mods with slightly higher HP #. I don't know if I could pull the trigger on that setup knowing my warranty would be gone for minimal gains, not worth it to me. But good luck, anyhow.

Those numbers does seem really low. I added CAI and super charger pulley. I have a 6sp Manual 2013.
My Numbers were 608wrhp and 622rwtq. All mods done by Lethal Racing.

Your numbers seem high for those mods, how much boost are you running, and how aggressive or conservative is your tune? I'm curious....

Actually depending on what pulley combo they did and what boost is at and how aggressive the cam setup is these gains seem about right to me

This......

600 RWHP is dead on in my opinion for the mods. I cant speak much on the factory settings of the A/F.

I agree that 600 RWHP for the mods stated by the OP seems right. I was questioning the 600 RWHP from just a superchrager pulley swap, CAI, and tune only. Seems more of the 600 RWHP upgrades have more than just pulley, CAI and tune.... I'm curious if that is the norm.....

Definitely a little high. I can see maybe 540-550 RW from a CAI pulley down and tune.

I'm at 552rwhp with just a 8.66 lower pulley, upgraded hex and pump, no tune. Surely three more lbs boost, a cai and a tune would put one close to 600rwhp.
