I know it says whether you have headers or what not but from which manufacturer?
The tuner with customers who are the best drivers in cars with the best suspension mods has the most 11 second cars.

im really trying to do all i can without the stall and the gears. but i think gears are a MUST for sure.
Small diameter DRs would help the lack of gears issue a little.

Wheels, tires, gearing and weight reduction will get you into the 11's far more easily than any bolt-ons and tuning will. Unless you add major power adders like bigger cubes, a very large H/C package or forced induction, you're not going to see much of a difference between tuner when it comes to ET's. If you want a dyno queen that never sees any kind of real strip time, find yourself a really good tuner. If you want to get into the 11's stop looking for a tuner and fix your gearing, suspension and make the car hook. All you need for 11's are wheels, tires, some suspension, bolt-ons and a basic tune. Any dynotune from any half-decent tuner will do.
Hey choco! It's been a while!!!

Because he's a bored troll, that's why.

If your looking for a quality remote tune, there is NOBODY Like GPI.
When do you see other members complain about GPI?
GPI doesn't melt sparkplugs either.

Ive run 11.91. But it was on street tires, with a cam and stall, in crappy weather. Everyone here is talking best case scenario, so I wouldnt really include me.

Perfect weather, weight reduction, tires, and a more experienced driver can do it without the cam, most importantly with with good prep and a great launch. Back to back passes for me were 11.9 and 12.2 with just turning TC back on after my burnout. Tells you how important that launch is. 470 to the wheels is too much on street tires/stock rs rims to get a good launch without TC on in my opinion.

Hard Work (or HRD_Work or something) was running almost 12 flat right next to me with a stock internals L99, slicks, seats out, and a stall.

We don't have any 1/4m strips close around here.. So I'd need to drive a few hours and would wait till I had a tire setup.
If I had a DR setup on some 18" vette reps, what do you think I could run?
Let's say real low/ negative DA, and perfect launch/shifts.
Mid 11's? (Mods in sig)

Depends totally on how well you can launch that M6. But yes it can hit 11.5 easily with your mods.

If only I had a 1/4 mile track closer than 2-3 hours away...
Then I could get some practice in and get the launch down.

That's an interesting perspective about the traction control
I like to turn it on turn it off just for grins(preferred off)
I guess it could feel like it's going faster turned off but maybe sometimes it's just spinning and one doesn't realize it

I prefer to drive with it off mainly because I do my own adjustments with my foot and shifting
When it's on sometimes it feels like someone else is fighting against me but that's just driving on the streets

I wonder when racing what's the preference to leave it off or on
I would think off

Hey Terry in your sig, does it mean:

11.76 @116.59 With Yank SS3200 Converter
= stock tune? No right? Your shift points would be all weird with a converter and stock tune right?

11.63 @116.52 After PI and Tuning
= tuned?

11.44 @118.75 Bolt-on's Record
= tuned by killer air?
