I finally did it. Thanks Len!!

What are the 2 reasons that most people (I know, not all) dont try Adams products? 1.Price 2.Having to order it since its not available at most retail stores. For me it was 80% having to order it. I want to be able to pick it up and use it the day I want it. Well,I was on the Adams site and thought I would just see if there was anywhere close(this side of Birmingham) that I could get it. There it was- indepthautodetailing.com. I called the phone number and talked to the owner, Len. Turns out he was about 10 miles from where I work!!(Huntsville) I got off work early on Friday and went to see him. Super nice guy. I asked if I could see him use a PC and adams products. He then had me pull my car in his garage and for the next hour and a half we went over the hood of my car. We started with the orange polish and pad, then white, brilliant glaze then wax!! It looked awesome!! He did all this before I bought a single thing!!! Now thats customer service!!Needless to say I made a pretty nice purchase(including a PC!!) So if there is anybody out there in the southern Tn/Al area looking for a great detailer that sells Adams products, give Len a try!! He treated me right!!

Len is a great guy to work with, glad he was able to let you get some 'hands on' work before pulling the trigger. Thats always a great way to remove any hesitation about the products or using a polisher for the first time.

Good luck with your stuff and enjoy! Any questions come up obviously you can reach Len, but if you need something don't hesitate to reach out to me here as well.

Yeah, I just happen to stumble across Len. Have no worries about Adams online giving you great service and customer care. I myself just rather get my supplies from a local person that I can talk to and ask questions if I need help. Not that you cant ask online,Im just a slow typer.:(

There is only one "PC" which is the Porter Cable 7424xp... the only other tool we currently offer is the Flex 3401vrg.

The only difference on our site from one "PC kit" to the next is the combo of pads, product, and accessories it includes. The tools themselves are all the same.
