Sinus Infection?
Ok, I'm dieing here...
My head is pounding, i'm all congested... this is the FIRST TIME ive ever had to deal with this type of thing someone tell me how to fix it fast. |

Drink plenty of fluids to thin your secretions, which helps ease the sinus pressure and pain...
Take a hot, steamy shower, or put your head (safely) over a pot of boiling water to get the steam up your nose to help ease the congestion in your sinuses...please do this SAFELY!!! Eat something hot and spicy to make your nose run, which will ease the congestion... Drink hot tea with honey and lemon... That's all I can think of for now... I have had many painful sinus infestions in my life...I suffer from migraines too and sometimes I have been 'lucky' enough to have both at the same time... :( A sinus headache can sometimes hurt worse than a migraine... If the pain, pressure, and green secretions last more than a few days, see a dr...green nasal secretions means that you have an infection... That's Dr. Donna's medical advice for the day... Donna, I too suffer migraines and I believe today I had the same luck as you. Sinus Congestion AND migraine. |

if it's a sinus infection you need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics...
