Exclamation Check Engine Light! Help!

On my way back from the DMV, I noticed the car sounded weird. Then when I got on the highway, I tried to speed up and when I had my foot all the way to the ground, It was going almost no where.

The car sounds really weird when I step on it at all and it smells REALLY bad at all times. The car also idles really roughly as if I had a cam or something.
I have a CEL as stated, and I have the trifecta tuner so I will read the code and post it back on here right when I get it. What could be wrong?
Thanks for any help!

2010 1LT/RS Auto
My sig for mods...

Check for a vacuum leak somewhere. That is one of your most common reasons for a cylinder misfire. Also running lean or rich from a bad tune could make you ECU go out of whack and cause the misfires

Edit: after reading your sig i would think the most common place for the vacuum leak could be the spacers. Maybe the RTV went bad and the air isn't going straight through into the motor. I would start with both the intake manifold and check your CAI also. I highly doubt it can be on the Flanges on the exhaust manifolds because your headers are stock

That i can not help with. i have never tuned a car and my car still has the stock tune. Maybe you can re-flash the stock tune with some tool the trifecta has. but like i said that is just a guess. Someone with more experience in that department would need to help you.

Could be a vacuum leak, or a dirty/faulty MAF. How long have you had your current tune? Have change anything recently?

Sent from my SAMSUNG Galaxy S III using telekinesis.

check the PCV fitting on the driver side at the rear of the valve cover. should be a hose that connects to your CAI just behind the MAF. i had similar issues when mine came loose.

and yes, switching back to the stock tune will help rule out it being a tune issue. a tune issue should effect both banks...not just 1 but i would by looking for a vacuum leak. i doubt its the spacer as more than likely you would only see the lean/rich condition in 1 or 2 cylinders...not all 3. but it is possible. did you get headers yet? if so, make sure those bolts are tight too as it can cause similar issues.

grab a can of ether and start spraying while at idle...it'll help eliminate a lot of possibilities quickly. are you monitoring your LTFT's? if so, what do they look like during idle and when you throttle it & WOT?

try clearing the codes first before re-flashing and see if that helps. there are a few codes that will send it into a limp mode until they are cleared. worth a shot.

as per alldata:

P013A P013C, P013E, or P014A
Before the ECM can report DTC P013A, or P013C failed, DTCs P013E, P014A, P2270, and P2272 must run and pass.
Before the ECM can report DTC P013E, or P014A failed, DTCs P2270 and P2272 must run and pass.
DTCs P0030, P0036, P0053, P0054, P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0120, P0121, P0122, P0123, P0131, P0132, P0133, P0134, P0135, P0137, P0138, P013A, P013B, P013E, P013F, P0140, P0141, P0171, P0172, P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0220, P0222, P0223, P0300, P0442, P0443, P0446, P0449, P0455, P0496, P1133, P1174, P1516, P2101, P2119, P2135, P2176, P2270, P2271, P2A00 are not set.
The ignition 1 voltage is between 10-32 V.
The learned heater resistance is valid. bad O2 sensor?
The fuel level is greater than 10 %. compensating for a lean condition
The engine run time is equal to or greater than 5 minutes.
The accelerator pedal (APP) is steady.
The torque converter clutch (TCC) is applied.
The DTCs run once per ignition cycle, during decel fuel cut-off (DFCO), when the above conditions are met.

Conditions for Setting the DTC

P013E or P014A

The ECM detects that the O2 sensor voltage has not decreased below 450 mV within 42 grams of accumulated air flow.

I do not have headers. I will look at the PCV fitting. I had a tune from just my exhaust and intake. I asked for a retune after I added the ported IM, the insulator, and the plenum spacer but I NEVER got a response to my emails. Does anybody have a stock tune file? Send it to Nikos30@aol.com if you do...

I dont even know what LTFT's are...so I do not monitor them.

The cylinders are all of the odd numbered ones if you guys havent noticed. Would that be the passenger side of the motor, or the drivers side?

thanks so far guys!

you have the stock tune in ezflash

when the tune options come up it says custom engine tune, custom trans tune, stock engine tune, stock trans tune. and then theres a check box at the bottom to load trans tune after the engine tune. Click the stock engine tune and then check the box it should load the stock engine and trans tune!
