V6 Camaro drivers get flak i know that much. So far since I had my SS, I've had two people comment on how my car is the "real Camaro" not some crap v6.

I dont understand how 300+ HP is crap.

Personal preference I guess.

The dude felt embarrassed that she liked your car more than his Cruz. I personally wouldn't own a Cruz. Honestly I needed a nice DD and the Camaro was the only car I wanted. Always been a truck guy.

You must not have been around here too long, lol. They're all real camaros, they just make them for different reasons. Some people have a preconception that if it ain't an 8 it ain't worth owning or they have an inferior car. Some people also have no life, and then there are mustang drivers.

I also got tired of the "oh its just a v6 think", and I traded for the ss, but i wanted an ss from the beginning just couldn't afford it.

Nowhere in my post did I say anything about his engine. I guess that's what you do & just everyone else does the same. The fact that he didn't even have a camaro or anything comparable to it was more what I was talking about. It wouldn't make a difference if his cruze had a V6 or not, it's still not a camaro.
