Performance mods that won't affect tune/warranty

I picked up my low mileage 2015 1LE yesterday (pics to come), and commencing the track prep. You guys gave me some great help on my previous thread:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=440407

My car still has two years of warranty left which begs the obvious conundrum, mods vs. warranty. I've been down this path before (Z06).

I want to consider making as many performance mods as I can without voiding the warranty, considering the following:

1. CAI.
2. 160 degree thermostat.
3. Track alignment.
4. Port / polish throttle body.
5. Z28 wicker bill and brake cooling ducts.
6. Shorty headers.
7. 1" lowering springs.

I know there are some other things I can do, so I am appealing again to the C5 pros to chime in. I am still on the fence on whether to go with 18" or 19" wheels, tire choice and price are still factors.

Thanks again. I am a regular on the corvetteforum, but the info here is top notch.
