Ive been extremely patient at trying to keep under 4000rpm during the break-in period of my 11ss.... I was on an empty straightway and saw my odo at 499.9 just as I was at 4000rpm in second gear. Obviously I very much enjoyed the increased torque of hitting 5500 rpm just as the odo tipped 500.0.

It really is amazing how much more power you get in that range of rpms.

Looks like I will need to find some more excuses to get out and drive again
