True, they put a 400 into the street car, but ran a small block (that didn't work very well) for racing as the SCCA limit was 305 cubic inches.

Yes it was an Olds engine, but it was in the TA.

...refresh...keep the plea'z alive! I'm holding out, not giving in yet...I'm officially on the sidelines until we get it....pleaze GM...the fervent faithfull await.....2013 1LE is a warmup (hopefully) for the 2014 Z/28.....the 1LE after much thought, consideration and soul searching gives me much hope for what I really wanted all along, not a grander substitute...just the bonefide thing. We may just get it...I see a solid chance now in this generation.
