Did you stick your fingers inside the throttle body and open the throttle plate to program it. The key must also be on. This is the only way it will learn the voltage curve. I ended up going to a bang button so i can activate anytime i want. I went to rat shack and bought a project box. I put the arming switch purge button and the bang button all in that box. It sits in that spot in front of the shifter until i need it. I refuse to drill holes in my new car and could not think of another way.i can take pictures if you like.

Yeah if the NMU isn't programmed it'll act up. You should be able to program the NMU with the gas pedals with the ignition set to "run".

Yeah actually I try the pedel, the lights on the nmu did not light up, it just sprays. If the nmu don't work, can I just use the switch to just spray when I want, or is there anything I should be aware of

Yeah you'd have to worry about spraying under revs. The NMU is basically two solenoid valves and a wot switch. You really need to go off the throttle position sensor wire though. If you're going to do something like nitrous you really need to make sure it's done 100% by the book.

Did choosing the brown wire work? Curious why not the blue/white tps signal wire?
