It is a suncoast creation haven't talked to them yet bc it happen yesterday but my insurance. "Progressive" said they want pay for it bc it was a defective hood but it has been on their for 3 years

I'm assuming that you meant to say that Progressive wont pay for it. Maybe unusual on a Camaro, but it used to be real common on Mustangs. I think they've even had a recall or two on this same problem. Wouldn't surprise me to find out that Suncoast was making their hoods for them. LOL

I talked to suncoast creations one time and I can not get them to answer or call me back. Anybody got any suggestions on what I need to do?

First try a different phone so the number is different. Then if they are completely avoiding you, start with certified letters indicating your intent/desire to remedy the situation.

In all honesty though you said the hood is three years old. There liability might be long gone. They should fix/remedy the situation out of good business practice.

Simple, Buy a quality hood and move on, feel lucky you did not cause anyone else to have an accident...
