The two hour drive back home from Cedarburg, WI in my Camaro. Seeing how it handles and hit the pedal a little on the highway, how loud the radio gets, pulling into the gas station and getting looks and maybe questions.
That's what I look forward to the first day. I may never come home and drive to friends homes to show off, they all live 30 minutes to an hour from me too. I won't be racing in the V6 but still, it will be the ride of my life that day of pick up (after all the paper work of course).

I am looking forward to the looks, and listening to that V8......haha I also wanna see some smart ass in a Burner pull up next to me and think he has something on me, and then sit there waiting and laughing at the next light while he catches up next to me and see the look of defeat on his face !

The comfort to know that I graduated and that I'm driving the car that I've been wanting for 3 years...

I'm looking forward to shifting gears manually again and driving a Chevy that isn't 180k miles past the end of the warranty. After 10 years of driving a truck, I'm going to really appreciate not having to slow down quite so much for every curve and turn.

The back roads, it's all about acceleration, both the kind the buries you in your seat and the kind you get from taking a corner way faster than a normal car can handle.
