Wow GM really sticking it to the interested buyers if you ask me. Get everyone and their brother to buy one in the begining to peak sales and flood the streets with them than pull alot of the incentives. Just my opinion.

Gm decides who's on it. You can always have your dealer "check" to see if you're on the list for that one...

Thanks CamaroScotty. I am having my dealer check to see if we are on the list for the GM CUSTOMER APPRECIATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAM. We have purchased several Chevys over the years, so maybe we are.

I bought new a 2004 Z71 extended cab and then traded it for a new 2007 Z71 extended cab.. Knowing my luck, I'm sure I don't qualify..

I feel lucky. My dealer said if GM discontinued the $500 rebate for not using the 60 day return guarantee, he'd guarantee it! So, I get that price no matter what. To be honest, that sealed the deal. The other dealer I was working with would NOT make that guarantee.

I've double checked with 2 other dealers. I'm convinced that I am getting a very good deal. I have purchased cars from this dealership before and they are good people. Also, my dad was in the car business. He taught me a few things. Thanks for the information you share with us to help us out here.

Why is the Credit Union Member discount ending on Monday while the College Discount ends nine months from now? Aren't they the same thing? Also, I thought those two programs would be thrown out the window due to this whole new discounting system GM is switching to.
