Cool CAMARO SS is like .......therapy

Without my SS to drive in the winter ,I just go sit in it ,rock back and listen to XM radio...

Then I close my eyes and imagine I'm driving down the 401 on a hot sunny day....

First dry road day ,I'll take it for a spin

I have mine in the gararage stacked one on top of the other. The great thing about the lift, once there in there it's a pain in the butt to get them out. Therefore, they are staying where they are until the snow is gone.

I see them everyday and hope spring is around the corner.

Unfortunately it is minus 28 celcius here today, with a wind chill on minus 36 celcius.

I hate winter.

Im keeping busy in hockey with my 2 boys. Driving around in a 99 beater with nothing working sure is a bummer with a 40k sports car in the garage.

Wow, I've lived my whole live in the south, (Louisiana to be specific) I never thought of / imagined how you can't drive in winter. :( I understand now, of course, but it never crossed my mind.

Y'all have my sympathy. I had a real eye-opener when I walked down stairs one day a couple of weeks ago to see 2 inches of snow caked on the top of my baby's hood. I can't imagine a whole winter of no-Camaro.

(and yes, I did move my Camaro afterwards to a place that was safer from the snow)

Seems like the world is changing, and not for the better. There's a lot of places, that never got snow before, that is now. That goes for North America and/or around the world.

On the bright side though, I do like hunting, so I like cold weather. I've just never had to deal with shoveling snow, or storing vehicles. The last time Louisiana had a for real snow, (like several inches that stayed over days) was in 1988. So I really can't complain about it, but I DREAD the day we start salting roads, because then we will be FORCED to store our vehicles.

I agree 100%, it's the salt that kills our cars, not the winter elements of snow.

mine has been in heated garage for 10 days I miss it already. To add to the insult I still have to make the payments. At least storage insurance is cheap...

Yes!!!! mis her. But with over a 100cm of snow falling just north of us I am proud to be protecting her from the bad world. She apreciates it. She told me so.

Patience, grasshopper.
Mine was put away 2 months to the day after it came home. Every time I go out to the garage, there it is. I can wait til spring. Check with me in the midddle of February, my attitude may change by then.
