ABL ? on a 2009 LLT V6

I was taking my doors apart to fit new wing mirrors and saw these:

Now, I did not think my 2009/2010 V6 1LT LLT had wiring for an ABL upgrade?

Or are these sockets for something else?

That's a 2010 1LT built in 2009.

From what I have heard the early 2010 builds all had the abl wire in the door. I have a 1SS and the plug is in there.

SJM has all the parts needed
http://sjmap.corecommerce.com/Door-ABL-Pipes-Top.html
I believe a competent dealer need to turn on the function of the ABL, but I am not sure.
on mine I already had ABL, I added the 2nd LED to the door and the full dash ABL kit from SJM. Combined with the NightOwl modules with RGB LEDs

The dealer should be able to update the BCM to activate the ABL lines, but, some are refusing to do it.

Well, here in the UK North I have no Dealer :-(
Maybe they have a good reason not to activate it?
I'd like GM to say why please...

Yes. Window-switch lighting wire is the easy fix.
