Exhaust or Cam/Torque Converter?

What should I install first on my 2010 Camaro SS L99, a full Kooks exhaust from headers to the back or a comp cam with a torque converter? I currently only have muffler delete and it sounds nice but I love the way a cam sounds too. I want to get a little more power too and that's why I want to do either one. Eventually I'll get both but I want to do either one first and then I'll do the other. Does anyone know how a custom cam sounds with just a muffler delete? Anyways, please give me opinions or helpful words on which route I should go to first. Thanks!

My buddy just told me to go with cam and headers first. I will be getting it done by Wiggins in Vanceboro, NC.

Headers then cam then Converter. The headers should be the first thing you do, and since the converter will be based largely on your set up ( big cam or small cam?, power adder?) that should be last, or at the same time as the cam. If you have any other questions about the set up or pricing give us a shout!

Headers before Cam and converter.
